When playing Winning Putt, it's important to keep a few factors in mind before you take your shot. Below are a number of variables that will affect how successful your shots are.
Green: When landing in green, your shots will come up against almost no resistance.
Apron: When landing in the Apron, your shots will come up against minor resistance. The Apron is designed to be a buffer between the Green and other terrain.
Fairway: When landing in Fairway, your shots will come up against little resistance.
Rough: When landing in the tall grass, your Swing Meter will be accelerated and travel shorter distances.
Bunker: When landing in the sand, your Swing Meter will be accelerated, minimize the Sweet Spot, travel an unpredictable distance, and have an unpredictable trajectory.
There are other factors as well to keep in mind before you take your shot such as weather, wind speed, trees, and terrain slope. Each of these factors can alter the course of your shots.
