Almost 98% of all transactions will be completed immediately. However, in some cases a platinum transaction may be under manual review. This occurs in some cases if it’s your first ever purchase with our service and your transaction has raised one of the triggers for risk or potential fraud. These security measures are in place to ensure purchases are safe and secure for all users. If you find that within 24 hours you have not seen your platinum or have been emailed by the Paymentwall risk team we encourage you to contact them directly for status regarding your purchase. You can also check the “HELP” button tab within the Paymentwall widget when you are logged in via the web site (as shown in the image below).
From here you can also view your “Payment History” which sometimes reveals that your order is under review as mentioned.
