If you receive an invalid key error when trying to redeem a key, please try the following:
- Log out of the website, log back in and try again. This has helped for many users.
- If you “copy/paste” the key from the invitation email or other source, that you highlight only the key and not any other text or spaces around it. Alternatively, try not copy/pasting the key.
- Ensure that you only try to redeem the key using the email the key was sent to. Keys are tied to the email of the account that was registered, and the key will not work with any other email address.
