There are a few factors that could explain why you're experiencing this.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The usual mission reset window is 8AM to 8AM PST.
1) You started a match before the 8AM PST reset time. Our daily missions reset at 8AM PST everyday. So from a period of 8AM to 8AM, you have 24 hours to complete all daily missions. If your match is started before then but ends afterwards, the system will not count your mission so we recommend keeping this timer in mind.
2) You scored an Eagle/HIO in a game mode that isn't a regular friendly match. If you score an eagle or HIO on a Foursome, Time Attack, or Ranked Round, you won't receive credit.
3) You may not have accepted the mission yet. We are still talking with the development team about this issue but a good standard practice is to switch channels after 8 AM PST to re-sync your game client to the server. We are aware of some cases where it may not have reset properly. If you feel you experienced this issue, please feel free to submit a request to Customer Support and we can look further into it for you.
4) If you saw a notification from the server but can't see that reflected on your missions, your game client may need to be resynced with the server. To do so, please log on and off your character and the mission should be completeable (as long as you turn the mission in before 8AM).
