It's difficult to frame this question as it can be applied to many different situations. Perhaps you enchanted or fitted the wrong club or you deleted the wrong item. Maybe you purchased an item and it didn't do what you thought it did.
Unfortunately, the Customer Support service is here primarily to assist customers with items that go against the intended design of the game. This is strictly our purpose and can cover a wide-range of issues. The main idea is that we are here to help with problems that do not follow the intention of the development team (bugs). A lot of investigation and teamwork goes into looking into these problems. This is our main focus.
So when a player makes a mistake in-game, we don't generally have any justification to touch that player's account as it does not fall into the category of a bug-related issue. It is the responsibility of the player to carefully consider their actions and gather their own information before making any decisions regarding their Winning Putt account. While we do generally allow every player one freebie, we cannot guarantee assistance if an issue was caused by human error. Players however can send inquiries and questions about the game if they feel they would like to know more about it before making a decision.
