Customer Support Team
The Winning Putt team (developer, internal staff, and support staff) work together as efficiently as they can. However, different teams perform different roles concerning Winning Putt and the below list represents the teams relevant to Customer Support.
This is primarily the support staff that replies to incoming customer contacts. We work on bug, technical, billing, or gameplay-related issues. We do not have any part in what decisions are made for the game nor do we have any part in the design of the game. We are here to assist customers when problems are going against the game’s intended design and collect vital information regarding bugs.
This team works on the game’s forums, in-game with players, and on social media sites to drive the game’s direction. They take feedback and suggestions and forward it to the developer when there is enough community feedback on a specific topic. In short, they’re here to bring satisfaction to the Winning Putt experience by letting the community’s voice be shared with internal teams and the developer.
This quality assurance team works behind the scenes to investigate bugs and then pass them onto the development team. They typically work on testing new features and making sure existing features are working properly as intended (by the developer).
This team works on designing and developing the game. They are the ones with the power to change and create features in the game. They are ultimately the decision-makers for which bugs will be fixed in any upcoming patches/releases.
